What we do
We offer a Family Support Service providing practical support on issues affecting families who have a child with a disability or additional needs, supported by a grant from the National Lottery Community Fund.
We run ‘My Time’ parent and carer support groups for peer support face-to-face and online. We provide information about opportunities and services provided by other local organisations.

We run subsidised, accessible family events for disabled children, young people and their families, supported by a grant from Kent County Council. These include day trips, family fun days, autism-friendly cinema screenings, sports activities, soft play, coffee mornings and other fun, accessible events.
Family Support Service
Our Family Support Service runs during term time with our Family Support Officer Nicola, and our committed volunteers. Our ‘My Time’ groups provide a relaxed and informal space for parents and carers to get together and access support. Speakers are regularly invited to these sessions to provide information and advice about specialist services. Please email familysupport@includesus2.org.uk to book a free space at our face-to-face meetings. We are grateful to the National Lottery for supporting us with a grant for this.
Join our charity. Membership is open to parents and carers of disabled children and young people and those with additional needs in Ashford, Dover and Folkestone & Hythe. There is no cost involved and benefits include access to information and support, signposting to helpful organisations and involvement in our events and activities.
